My Sunday PhotoThis weeks #mysundayphoto was taken on my birthday last week. It was Evie’s first time flying a kite and just before and after this picture was taken there was some very heavy rain. We were the crazy people who decided to make the most of the day and still go outside in it. You can read more about it and see some stunning photos of St. Ives in my post ‘Lets Go Fly a Kite.’

You really do!!! Although we did get drenched on the way back to the car. We’re so thankful for a good kite fly though.

It was strange, I normally don’t like the rain but after our kite flying it was actually quite fun to be out in it. 🙂 x

Lovely photo, and why not get out to fly a kite after it’s rained. I bet there was a good wind up there.

Such a good wind. Some of the outtake pictures of my hair are hilarious. I should have included them for a giggle. x

You really do need to. Especially seeing as we’ve had such a drizzly summer. Thank you so much for your lovely comment. x
