Not So Perfect Walk

This weeks #mysundayphoto is a lucky capture of Evie looking at a ladybird that had landed on my hand.

It happened seconds before a massive toddler meltdown, because the ladybird decided to fly off.

For the ‘after’ photo be sure to check out my post ‘A Not So Perfect Walk‘.

I think that sometimes my blog can give a false perception of our life. A lot of people have said recently about how well behaved our child is and how picture perfect our life is.

It was nice to blog from a different perspective this week.

For some funny pictures and a new insight into what our life is really like, be sure to go and have a read!

If you’re a blogger, do you tend to blog about just the positives? Or do you share all the tantrums and poopy days too?

Ladybirds are just magical little things aren’t they. Even as an adult I am transfixed by them. Not sure what purpose they serve in the eco system but who cares really 🙂

They’re so cute aren’t they. I’ve never seen them this time of year either. Normally spring time there are loads. Evie was fascinated. x

Ladybirds are very lovely, I’d be gutted too if it flew off 🙂 I’m off to check out your other post now.

They’re so cute aren’t they. Typical toddler fashion that she had a meltdown over it. x

I do write about poopy days too but only when I am in the mood. Otherwise I can regret what I have just posted. So I do tend to let it sink down first before I make it into a mountain from a mull-hill. Love your photo – so colourful and pretty. xx

I am exactly the same. I wrote one once that I deleted about an hour later. It’s good to let it all sink in first and then decide when you’re reflecting back on it rather than in the moment. Thank you so much for your lovely comment. x

A ladybird in December! Clearly caught out by the mild weather we are having. Lovely photo of you both there. #MySundayPhoto

It was a little orange one. I’ve never seen them this time of year either, but it was about 14.5 degrees on this walk. I’m not sure where this warm spell has come from but I’m certainly not complaining. xx

Yes! We’ve got some beach shots from the last fortnight too where it looks like it could be Spring or Summer! It’s crazy because in Summer we has lots of 17 degree days and yet lately in December we’ve been having 14 and 15 degrees! It’s madness. x
