It’s the Easter holidays and the Easter Bunny has spread the chocolatey cheer all over Cornwall. If you’re looking for an Easter Egg Hunt in Cornwall, then look no further. I’ve rounded up the ‘Ultimate List Of Easter Egg Hunts In Cornwall‘ for 2017!

Family Fun & Adventure

  • Eden Project – 1 April to 17 April

Cornwall’s Eden Project is the ultimate place to be this Easter. Take part in some of their Easter themed games such as egg scramble, slide eggs and nest ball. If that’s not enough, take part in the Golden Egg hunt or visit the Easter fairground full of games such as Eggla, Hook-a-duck and Pickled Eggs.

  • DairyLand – 14th April to 17th April

After making some Easter crafts in the egg workshop, take part in Boris and Dazy’s Famous Easter egg hunt for chocolate treats.

  • Paradise Park – 25th March to 10th April

Take the family for an Eggtastic time as you hunt around Paradise Park spotting clues along the way – you might even spy some dinosaur eggs! Complete the trail, find the answers to our questions and claim your free mini egg treat. 

  • Newquay Zoo – 14 – 17 April

Head to Newquay Zoo in Cornwall and help penguin Pickle find where his friends are hiding around the Zoo! As a thanks for your help you will be rewarded with a chocolate treat and entry into a Prize Draw to win a ‘Penguin Pack’ which includes: a large stuffed penguin, a penguin adoption and the chance to name one of the penguin chicks once they’ve hatched!

  • Camel Creek – 14-17 April

  • Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway – Easter Monday

Hunt the Easter eggs at Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway in Cornwall. Don’t forget to take part in balloon modelling and face painting. Each child that completes the hunt will receive an Easter Egg.

  • Trebah Garden Easter Trail – 11th & 13th April

  • Penrose – 1 April to 17th April

Once again the Cadbury Bunny’s hidden clues around Trengwainton Garden in Cornwall. The trail leads you to a delicious Cadbury chocolate prize. Follow the trail along winding wooded paths, cross bridges and streams and pass through giant tree fern ‘jungles on your Easter mission’

  • Wheal Martyn – 1 April to 17th April

Take part in Wheal Martyn’s bunny hunt. Your children will love tearing around and exploring everything there is to see at Wheal Martyn. Find the bunnies and collect the letters to work out the anagram and claim your prize.

Town Events

  • Truro – 16th April

Visit Victoria Gardens for an Easter Egg Hunt. Open to all children residing in Truro aged 12 & under. A set of clues will be issued on entry and there is a free Creme Egg for every entrant on completion of the hunt, plus larger eggs for prize winners. Don’t forget to enjoy the free bouncy castle after the competition.

  • Newquay Easter Egg Hunt – 1 April to 17th April

Can you help the Easter Bunny solve the missing clues? Complete the clue sheet and you will be rewarded with some yummy treats! Collect your clue sheet from the Visit Newquay Tourist Information Centre on Marcus Hill. Follow the clues to collect a sticker from each business around Newquay and return the completed form to claim your Easter treat.

  • Boscastle – 16th April to 17th April

Discover more about the history of Boscastle and follow clues around the harbour in a quest to find the eggs. Afterwards, claim your Cadbury chocolate treat.

  • Crantock Beach – Easter Sunday

Visit this beautiful beach and take part in a fun Easter hunt along the coast. There will be an easy route for youngsters and a more challenging one for older chocolate lovers.
