Welcome to the fourth post in the ‘Organise Your Blog‘ series. If you’re finding blogging a bit overwhelming or you need to organise your week a bit better, then this series is for you.
So far I have shared with you a free monthly editorial calendar, a printable where you can record all of your social media stats every month to track your growth, and a worksheet you can use to make linking up to all of your favourite linky’s a lot easier and quicker.
This weeks free printable is for storing those all important usernames and passwords. If you’re a blogger whose time is very limited, this printable will be very useful in times of great peril (I’ll explain more further on!).
If you’re new to this series, then welcome and here’s what you can expect:
This will be a weekly series published every Thursday. In the next few weeks you can look forward to free printable’s such as; a daily blogging checklist, sheets that help you to plan for your blogging week, keep track of your monthly stats, organise your finances (if you’re a pro blogger) and much much more.
To be reminded of the ‘Organise Your Blog‘ series, don’t forget to subscribe in the sidebar so that you’re the first to know when they’re published. ——–>
Onto this week…
USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS
I don’t know about you but I’ve signed up to countless amounts of sites with my blog. From social media platforms, to parenting blogger leaderboards, to affiliate sites, the list goes on!
If like me, you’ve ever accidentally emptied your cache and erased all previous passwords and login details, you’ll know how much of a nightmare it is when you have to reset them all because you can’t remember what any of them are!
Time is precious when you’re a blogger and trying to faff around with resetting passwords can be very time consuming.
This is a very simple printable but if you have different passwords for different sites (you really should have if you want to stay safe!) then this will be a great tool for when you’re in a rush or for moments when you accidentally delete your stored data.
You can get your usernames and passwords printable here!
I know that lots of you won’t want to make time to fill this in, but I promise you, it will save you so much time in the long run. I have duplicated my copy of this so that I have one on my computer and one attached to some online files. This means that if I’m ever on a computer where my data isn’t stored, I can easily have a peek and be on with my day.
Next weeks ‘Organise Your Blog‘ is going to be the biggest yet! You can look forward to your free daily blogging checklist. This printable took me absolutely ages to create but it has been ‘oh so worth it’ in making sure I stay on top of things everyday and don’t forget to do anything important. See you next week!
What do you think of the ‘Organise Your Blog’ series so far? Which is your favourite printable? Is there a printable you’re looking forward to getting most?
