It’s no secret that I am in love with the Zara Kids Range. Every season I refresh the pages waiting for the new seasons stock to arrive. I always love their designs and the quality of the clothes for the price is amazing!
Just like in Spring/Summer, I’ve gone on a bit of a ‘Zara Kids Haul‘ to get Evie’s wardrobe prepped for Winter. Here are a few of the pieces that I’ve picked up:
I am so in love with everything here. We’ve found some really beautiful things including a coat, jeans, a skirt, tops and a couple of basic dresses. My favourite part? It wasn’t crazy expensive!
How flipping adorable is this coat? It’s a bit of a tradition for us to get Evie a dark red coat for Autumn/Winter. Every year since she’s been born we’ve always found her a beautiful red coat with a furry hood. I went in search for one again this year, but instead found this beautiful baby pink duffle coat and I couldn’t resist it.
The coat is so thick and it feels like really good quality. It has poppers as well as toggles, so little ones stay really snug. The fur hood keeps those ears super warm, but it can also be popped off to leave behind a plain hood, on warmer or rainier days.
- Trench Coat With Faux Fur Hood – £39.99
I always buy Evie jeans from Zara. She has such a small bottom and short legs and this is the only store that sells jeans that always fit her well. I normally go for the Zara Kids super skinny jeans, but they only seem to sell them at the start of Spring.
This time we’ve just bought the basic jeans and although they’re a bit baggier than the skinny ones we love, they’re still really great quality and look adorable with ankle boots and a blouse or t-shirt.
- Basic Jeans – £9.99
Evie’s still got her ‘baby belly’ so we’ve avoided skirts for the last few years because they never seem to fit. I couldn’t help but pick up this suede one though and the tie up waist means its just sits where it should without riding up or falling down.
We’ve only bought the grey skirt so far but they also do this skirt in baby pink and mustard. I have a feeling I might be popping online to pick these ones up soon.
- Corduroy skirt – £10.99
I love Zara dresses! Especially the basic ones because they’re normally great quality, a perfect price and can easily be dressed up or down. We’ve picked up three so far this season.
The pink dress is Evie’s favourite because it’s so unbelievably soft! Although it’s not as soft, my favourite is the polka dot/gingham dress. I really love the colour and pattern.
These dresses are a lot cheaper than most of Zara’s dresses, but I actually prefer them designs. They’re the perfect staple for Autumn/Winter and can be dressed up or down. We love them for everyday worn with tights and little ankle boots.
- Basic Corduroy Pinafore Dress – £12.99
- Pink Winter Dress – £14.99
- Red Gingham Dress – £14.99
How gorgeous are these two tops? I absolutely adore the details on Zara t-shirts and blouses. The pictures are always either really fun or really intricate.
We found it so hard to only pick two two tops, but I always try not to over do it on buying clothes. We went for the pink floral top and the gorgeous ‘Once Upon A Time’ white top. I stuck with these colours so they’ll both go with her grey skirt, jeans, coat and pinafore dress. My favourite is the white top, the details on it are so beautiful.
- ‘Once Upon A Time’ T-Shirt – £5.99
- Join Life T-Shirt With Raised Floral Print – £4.99
I have also picked up a few bits from Next including these gorgeous brown ankle boots.
We had very similar ones from Next last year. They lasted the whole 6 months till Spring and then some! I love that they’re really good quality, they’re easy for Evie to put on herself and the brown colour goes with all of her clothes.
- Tan Scallop Chelsea Boots – £33-39
Lastly we picked Evie up some Autumn/Winter accessories from Accessorize.
I love this baby pink knitted scarf and hat! Evie looks so cute in this set! They also have this set in a few other colours and they also sell some beautiful animal printed hats that are super adorable. I’m planning to head back soon to get one more set. Toddlers are notorious for losing accessories so we normally make sure we have spares.
- Beanie Hat & Gloves Set – £12
- Snood – £8
I really love Evie’s wardrobe for Autumn 2017. You’ll notice that I’ve only stuck to a few colours; red/pinks/whites/greys. I always try not to spend too much on clothes. I find that by buying only a select few pieces, all in similar colours, I can create more of a capsule wardrobe. That way all of Evie’s clothes go with everything else in her drawers/wardrobe meaning they get a good amount of wear and I’m never struggling to match things up.
